Who we are

Claimbound ("we") provides services that help organizations document their AI systems and answer procurement and security questionnaires. Contact: hello@claimbound.com.

What we collect on this website

• No cookies, no advertising trackers. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics (page views, referrers) that do not identify you.
• If you email us or book a call, we hold your name, email, company, and what you send us, to respond and provide services.

What we collect as a service provider

Customer engagements involve technical and documentary evidence collected under a written scope. That data is governed by our contract and our published Customer Data Rights, which include: customer ownership, full export, deletion within 35 days of request, no collection of credentials or production end-user personal data, and no training of shared AI models on customer content without explicit opt-in.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or customer-derived intelligence. Data is processed by the subprocessors listed on our security page, under contracts limiting their use of it.

Retention and deletion

Prospect correspondence is kept while relevant; customers may request deletion per the Data Rights policy. Non-confidential issuance metadata (artifact hashes, dates, claim counts) is retained for record integrity and is disclosed up front.

Legal requests

We disclose legal or government requests to affected customers unless legally prohibited, challenge overbroad requests, and publish request counts in our transparency report.
